Job overview
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing function at Notics. This role is more than just marketing—it’s a mission-critical leadership position at the heart of our growth strategy.
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for building the demand generation engine, refining our messaging, guiding our content and brand strategy, and aligning marketing closely with revenue outcomes. You’ll own marketing performance from top-of-funnel awareness to sales enablement and full-funnel conversion optimization.
This is a growth partner role. You will work hand in hand with the Head of Sales to drive our growth and expansion. Together, you will co-own pipeline generation goals, design GTM campaigns, and ensure alignment between what we say, who we target, and how we convert. Marketing isn’t an island here—it's a critical driver of sales and long-term customer value.

Key responsibilities
Revenue-Driven Campaign Strategy
- Own end-to-end demand generation, ABM, and paid strategy.
- Partner with Sales to define MQL/SQL criteria and deliver a sales-ready pipeline.
- Build scalable campaigns that drive CAC-efficient growth and LTV expansion.
Sales Alignment & Enablement
- Build a tight partnership with sales leadership to co-own pipeline targets.
- Produce content and tools that enable reps at every stage of the buyer journey.
- Analyze funnel performance and iterate fast to remove friction between marketing and revenue.
Brand, Content & Community
- Own our narrative, brand voice, and cross-channel consistency.
- Lead the content and personal brand team to create content that wins trust and converts.
- Stay culturally aware — leverage trends, memes, and market moments to spark conversations.
Analytics, Tech Stack & Optimization
- Use data and experimentation to inform strategy (A/B tests, attribution modeling, etc.).
- Manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, analytics tools, etc.) for accurate tracking and automation.
- Own key marketing metrics: CAC, CPL, CPA, LTV, funnel conversion rates.
Team Leadership
- Hire, mentor, and empower a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and experimentation.
- Be generous with your knowledge — develop future leaders and collaborators.
Qualifications and skills
Experience
8+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in high-ticket US service-based businesses. Experience in IT service providers is a plus.
Proven success building and scaling marketing functions in startups, especially post-$1M ARR.
Demonstrated success leading demand gen, content, and brand marketing.
Strategic experience with paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)-not as a button pusher, but a strategist.
Hands-on experience partnering with sales and understanding GTM motions.
Skills
Strong command of CRM (HubSpot preferred), analytics, and campaign performance metrics.
Expertise in funnel optimization, revenue attribution, and full-funnel marketing.
Excellent communicator-both creative storyteller and data-informed decision maker.
Deep knowledge of LTV, CAC, CPL, CPA, and how to balance them for sustainable growth.
