This is a ground-level sales role ideal for ambitious individuals with 2–3 years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through prospecting, outreach, and value-driven conversations—often engaging with senior-level and C-suite decision-makers.
We are a US-based company, and all outreach will be focused on prospects within the United States, so familiarity with US business culture and time zones is important for success in this role.
This position is fully remote, and we’re looking for someone who can perform with minimal supervision, holds themselves accountable to high standards, and is excited by the challenge of helping build a sales pipeline from the ground up. As this is a fully remote role, you are expected to have your own computer and a high-quality headset, along with a dedicated workspace equipped with high-speed internet.
Key responsibilities
Prospecting & outreach:
Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
Identify and engage decision-makers in target accounts within the US market.
Follow structured prospecting sequences with consistency and attention to detail.
Lead qualification:
Clearly articulate Notics' value proposition and qualify prospects based on fit and interest.
Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives with well-qualified leads.
Process adherence:
Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead status in the CRM.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on messaging and campaigns.
Continuous learning:
Actively participate in coaching and training.
Stay updated on Notics' offerings and continuously improve your pitch and objection handling.
KPIs:
Number of well-qualified leads delivered to the sales team
Outreach activity (calls, emails, messages)
Lead conversion and handoff rates
CRM hygiene and process adherence
Qualifications and skills
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation in a B2B industry (experience in SaaS or IT, particularly within fast-growing startups, is a strong plus).
Proven experience selling directly to US-based companies and stakeholders, ideally within a U.S. company.
Skills:
Fluent in English.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Able to effectively communicate value and handle rejection.
CRM proficiency (we use HubSpot).
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with minimal handholding.
